Excellent work, excellent value, but above all else, excellent customer service. I had extensive work done on my back yard and balconies with additional minor work throughout the house. I was extremely happy with the craftsmanship and the cost was thousands less than other bids. Dealing with the owner throughout the process was a real pleasure. While I know I wasn't their biggest customer, I always felt like I was.

SDS did an outstanding job. They had competitive prices and the job took less than 2 weeks from estimate to completion. I would highly recommend SDS roofing to anyone who is in the market for a roofer.

wouldn't return my call

I called and requested an estimate which the owner Tony Rossetti promptly conducted but when I attempted to schedule the repair work I could never get him to call me back. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. Not even a "we're too busy right now to do the job" or "we generally only take larger projects". An estimate does no good if the contractor isn't going to complete the work or at least be up front about the fact that he can't or won't. I wasted two weeks dealing with this which isn't good when it's raining a lot and you need your roof fixed.
