Worst customer service
MIA for my appointment. Promised a phone call for re-schedule, MIA on that too. On hold for ever and I got only excuses, no answers, not even an 'We're sorry'. If you check the web you'll see Geek Squad shown in several service scams. So you can add a Squad wide lack of honesty to the Con list.
Wow, if I did my job this bad I wouldn't have a job.
Save yourself the headache, don't use them.
