Not job is too small????

I called this afternoon to see if he could fix a window and was told, "I live in Lakeside and you live in Mission Valley. That is too far for me to go for such a small job." Not to "Handy" in my book. Maybe he should state where he is willing to go and for what price on his website. This would benefit both him and a potential customer by not wasting time to call him. I couldn't rate Quality as he did not do the job or Value as there was no cost but Service is definitely Poor.

True to the estimate

The work J&J performed was completed as estimated...no surprises....no additional charges. The work was completed quickly and with minimal time with the water shut off which I share with two neighbors. They are now my business of choice to address any plumbing needs. Excellent service and I would highly recommend J&J.
