Uncaring, Greedy and Unethical

I called their office and ask if they will see patients right away and do not make them wait long. The person answered yes. I went to my appointment on time and no one was there but the door was open. After calling out for someone for 5 minutes, someone came up to the counter. She gave me paperwork to fill out and I completed it quickly. I waited 40 minutes and finally got to see someone and they had me watch a video. They examined me and told me what I needed. Plus that I would be prescribed a special toothpaste. When I went to counter they worked on their price sheet of how much it would cost. They gave me their prices. I asked if they would give me a prescription for the special toothpaste, they said no I had to buy from them at their inflated price. I thought maybe it was just the office staff and the dentist would want to know this. So I politely ask to have the dentist call me. When he called he just said we don't want you as a patient. Wow, if you question their unethical practice they don't want you. I say, avoid this place at all cost!
