Very ,Very Disappointing

They promised a one-day diagnostic then took four days. Each day they promised to call me with results and never called, I had to call them. They misdiagnosed the problem so my laptop was still broken on return. WORST OF ALL, they removed the memory from my computer and returned my computer with only one-quarter of the memory. It took two weeks of calling to get them to return my original memory.
